Responsibilities:
About the role:
As the Fleet Servicing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing loyalty, retention strategies, and resolving fleet account issues for highly complex accounts. This role will ensure that company policies and procedures, state and federal laws are always followed. You will have between 5-100 vehicles in their fleet and may have services like fuel card and/or Maintenance services attached to their fleet. The Fleet Servicing Specialist is expected to service these customers using the highest level of problem-solving skills and customer service. Frequent tasks may include, but are not limited to, handling billing inquiries, fleet service (fuel & maintenance) questions, assistance with MyFleet Account online customer portal, collection efforts, and general account servicing tasks. You will have frequent contact with other internal departments, customers, dealers, and external vendors. Key areas of focus include proactively partnering with Fleet customers, external business partners, team leaders, and managers to expedite and resolve complex customer and/or dealer issues in a timely manner. You will be expected to support loyalty and brand retention at the time of servicing and promote overall satisfaction, net promoter, and customer effort scores to include all key performance indicators. You will resolve Fleet customer inquiries through multiple channels of communication that may vary based on business need.

This position will be located in Arlington, Texas and following a hybrid work model. Hybrid (Combination of work from home and in-assigned office location)

Qualifications:

  • Provide exceptional service within any CX servicing channel to impact Fleet customer retention and loyalty strategies to create customers for life
  • Capture and deliver a high level of service by gathering, processing, consolidating, and analyzing data to promote brand loyalty and increase retention for the GM and GMF brands with strong attention to detail
  • Establish open communication and build professional relationships with other departments/segments and external vendors
  • Perform account management of complex and high exposure accounts to support customer retention
  • Service accounts through inbound, outbound, and email channels to ensure service levels, account resolution, and timely processing of customer requests
  • Perform other duties as assigned and conform with all company policies and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of state and federal laws (eg, SCRA, repossession and bankruptcy), automobile industry, and skip tracing knowledge
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks, deadlines effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use appropriate analysis, judgment and logic when solving problems and making decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience for level I & II:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, 3-5 years in collections or related field preferred
Experience for Sr level:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, 5-7 years in collections or related field preferred
